MTM RECOGNITION UNVEILS "MONSTER MILE" AWARD

MTM Recognition, the leading manufacturer and designer of recognition awards presented their latest design masterpiece to Dover Motor Sports this week. This prestigious award is the new "Monster Mile Award" to be presented September 26th, 2004 as part of the 2004 Inaugural NEXTEL Cup Series.

This is a grand slam award and MTM Recognition exceeded our expectations with a breathtaking sculpture", said Mr. Jerry Miraglia Executive Vice President of Dover Sports. This award fits perfectly into our marketing plan - the "Monster" at Dover Motor Sports."

The award is sculptured from material that matches the track. It stands 30" high and is sculpted in the identity of a monster". The monster is mounted on a black acrylic base featuring a red mirrored accent to give a red glow and impression that the monster is on fire. The monster's hand is high above his head and is sculpted to hold a NASCAR model car- a replica of the winner's car at 1/24th size.

Bob Saunders, MTM's Consultant in Baltimore stated " this award is one-of-a- kind. Our designer, Tracy Bewley along with our sculptor Jack Nortz created an award that will be a treasure piece for years to come for the winner. It is the pinnacle of all awards for NASCAR."

The award can be seen on QVC on Friday evening September 24th as part of the marketing of "Monster" merchandise. In addition fans will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with the award during the week prior to the race at the track.
