Bob founded Recognition Concepts in 1981 from his desire to be an entrepreneur as an independent representative of Jostens and currently MTM Recognition, a world-class recognition company. From his Marine Corps training and the philosophy of commitment and leadership, he realized that behaviors could be changed through recognizing the right behaviors. A graduate of the University of Maryland in Sales and Marketing, Bob has been recognized for his leadership and career success.
