Brian Sands
Recognition Consultant

Brian joined Recognition Concepts in November 1999. The transition from professional baseball, where he served in leadership roles at "AA" Affiliates for the Baltimore Orioles and St. Louis Cardinals, to the recognition industry has been a success. His passion for leadership and learning has enhanced his day-to-day working relationship with clients. Brian actively leads the State of Maryland at the National level for the Society for Human Resource Management. He became an independent representative for MTM Recognition in January 2004. Brian graduated with honors from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia with a degree in Business / Sports Management. He remains active in both professional and community activities.
